At Shopify Hardware Store, we stand by the quality of our high-performance electronics and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the electronic items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
